Description
TEA-Occ Practice Material –
the REAL Practical Kit for signallers and train driver applicants…
Test of Everyday Attention for Occupational Assessment (TEA-Occ): is now one of the new train driver psychometric tests. It is a paper based test designed to measure your ability to selectively attend to a particular task in the midst of distractions.
TEA-Occ has 3 parts:
Part 1 – Counting Low Tones
In this part of the TEA-Occ exams you have to ignore the high tones and count the number of low tones you hear per track. The tones you have to count are of a low tone. The low tones are scattered between the high tones to make it hard to process the number of low tones in your mind. You are not allowed to shout out loud the counts. You are also not allowed to tarry the low tones a paper. Purely mental- count everything in your head! The test will always start with a low tone. The tones will be played to you quickly. The problem is some people don’t know what a low tone is. They call low tone high tone and vice versa.
Part 2 – Searching Telephone Directory
The next part of the TEA Occ test is based on searching and circling the required symbols. You need to concentrate and find the matching symbols within a time-frame of 45 seconds.
Part 3 – Searching the Telephone Directory while Counting the Monotones
The part to the TEA-Occ is arguably a combination of the first 2 tests. You will be given a story about a person needing to find a certain place. No need to think about the story. In fact the assessor will tell you this. You will then look for the corresponding symbols but as you do you will be played a series of monotones. Your task is to count all of the tones. You will be given a set of boxes to write down number of tones you hear for a track.
The new train driver test TEA-Occ takes up to approx. 21 minutes to complete the whole exercise . To progress to the next level of you assessments you need to pass this test. That is why we have designed this real practice material with precision to help you develop your abilities. So you can succeed at this everyday occupational examination at the first time with confidence.

Testimonial:
” I think your software is amazing! Far better than similar elsewhere. I’ve recently joined a TOC and from what I hear this software is far more inline with the real deal that the other software I already had from another company”.
