- if a dial is in the upper left quadrant of a given circle then that circle is the 2nd priority.
- if a dial is in the upper right quadrant of a given circle then that circle is the 3rd priority.
- if a dial is in the lower right quadrant of a given circle then that circle is the 4th priority.
2, If two or more circles have a dial in the same quadrant:
- the circle with dial pointing to the least number will have priority.
